These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ambifest website (ambifest.com and its subpages, "the Site") and any tickets or merchandise purchased through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Ambifest Ltd is a volunteer-run company based in London, UK. You can contact us at info@ambifest.com.

Using the website

The Site is provided for personal, non-commercial use — to learn about Ambifest and Ambi Con, RSVP or buy tickets, and shop our merch. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content, disrupting normal operation, or impersonating another person.

Event tickets

Ambi Con tickets are sold through Stripe Checkout. Ticket sales are final on purchase. Tickets are non-refundable, except that:

• if Ambifest cancels the event, a full refund will be issued; and
• for significant changes to the event, we may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.

Merch purchases

Merch is sold through Stripe Checkout, made to order, and posted to UK addresses only. Full detail on shipping costs, timings and our returns approach is on the Shipping & Returns section of the merch page — please read that alongside these Terms before ordering.

Pricing & availability

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Stock is limited and subject to availability. If we discover a pricing or listing error, we'll contact you before processing an affected order.

Intellectual property

The Ambifest name, logo, branding, photography and site content belong to Ambifest Ltd (or are used with permission) and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

Content you share with us

If you tag us or share photos with us — for example on Instagram — you give us permission to reshare that content, with credit, to promote Ambifest and Ambi Con.

Third-party links

The Site links to third parties including Instagram, Discord, Stripe, and partner venues. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

Availability

We do our best to keep the Site available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Liability

So far as permitted by law, Ambifest Ltd isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version — please check back periodically.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
